cell phone numbers

Writing this due to a topic I saw here a few days ago

I use cell phone numbers lookup in order to view person
information, like name, age, work etc...

This databases were available in FBI but now everyone can access them in the internet.

Sorry if it is offtopic. I found post about people search databases at this forum and would like to discuss this topic.
