SPRINGFIELD
City officials have completed their "Simpsons" mini-movie and posted it online, alongside shorts from 13 other Springfields across the country.
They're each competing to make the best movie about the Fox-TV show Simpsons' fictional hometown of Springfield. The city with the winning short gets to host a special premiere of "The Simpsons Movie'' on July 26.
And, so far, it looks like tough going for the local entry. It was in last place Tuesday.
